Located at Unit 1, Meadow Way, Northampton, NN5 5FQ, this 45,000-square-foot regional distribution centre will serve as a central hub for Cleveland Cable Company, handling inquiries, collections, and deliveries previously managed by their Milton Keynes branch.
The state-of-the-art facility, with its EPC A-rated design, is a testament to our commitment to delivering quality projects with Wilten Construction.
The project encompasses a full MEP fit-out and a two-story office.
